These gummies are 50 mg each. I cut them in fours so I'm eating 12.5 mg. I eat them to help me with sleep. I eat one about 2 hrs before I go to bed. They seem to help. I've discovered they do better with something in my stomach (something fatty like cheese or peanut butter). Worth a try.
